He is survived by: his daughter Jaime East (Ann) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Brittany Bleeke (Eric) of Fort Wayne, Indiana., Brady Bleeke of Fort Wayne, Indiana., Chloe Bleeke (Cory) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. and Courtney Bleeke (Quan) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his siblings, Linda Wisniewski (Tom), Brenda East (Jim) and Ted East; and his great grandchildren, Maci, Lucas, Jaxson, Abel, Eastyn, Wesson, Malcolm, Lincoln and Ky'lin.
