She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cleo and Helen Schilling. She is survived by: her husband Sherl S. Swarts; her daughters, Tami Rebman (Kevin) of Fort Wayne, IN and Stephanie Stevens (Ron) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her grandchildren, Jaime J. (Andrew), Lindsay E. Craft (Mike), Elliot C. Stevens (Sarah) and Abigail Tippmann (John III). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Shriners Hospitals for Children or to a charity of the donor's choice.
