She is survived by: her children, Charles Kemerley Sr. (Terri), Veronica Ramsey (William), Peggy Altic (Michael Penkunas) and Larry Spencer (Kim); and her son-in-law James Hartman. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; and two sisters.
