Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Anthony Boulevard (6701 S Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46816). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
