It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn A Vachon of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Vachon, Sr. and Maude Vachon (Shaffer); her brother Robert J Vachon, Jr. (Lois); and her sister-in-law Donna Vachon. She is survived by: her brother Richard N. Vachon; and her nieces and nephews, Denise Kaufman (Harry), Doug Vachon (Dwana), Matt Vachon (Brenda), Kirk Vachon (Mary), Neil Vachon (Vicki), Lisa Crates (Matt) and Jerry Vachon (Alejandra). She is also survived by 19 great nieces; and nephews and 17 great-great nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Catholic Cemetery, Resurrection Mausoleum Chapel (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).
