He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Partin and Louise Partin (Jackson); his wife Connie; his daughter Cherrie; and his brothers, Joe, Jerry, Bobby and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Chaney (Tyrone), Steve Partin and Tim Partin (Tammy); his grandchildren, Joshua (Lydia), Lacey, Sarah, Travis, Tracie (Mike) and Megan; and his siblings, Rick Partin (Terri), Danny Partin (Fern), Elena Smith and Sandy Partin. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
