He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Oberley, Jr. and Virginia Oberley Hunsberger (Pepe); and his brothers, Michael Oberley, Matthew Oberley, Kenneth Oberley and Philip Oberley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Oberley; his children, Christine Chen (Tony), Jennifer Shank (Steve) and Benjamin Oberley; his grandchildren, Braden Shank, Summer Shank, Xander Chen and Lucy Chen; his siblings, Denise Oberley-Landin, Ted Oberley (Debra), Stuart Oberley (Elda), Timothy Oberley, Sr. (Gretchen) and Heather McCulloch; and his stepmother Monica Scott (Don).
