With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Crouch of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 8, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Crouch and Dallisrose Crouch (Carver); and his sister-in-law Patricia Crouch. He is survived by: his brother Keith Crouch of Paola, Kansas; his niece Amy Belcher of Spring Hill, Kansas; and his nephew Paul Crouch of Olathe, Kansas..
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
