Marlene R. Crowder Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Marlene R. Crowder in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Marlene, born on October 10, 1935, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Adams and Margaret Adams; her husband Charles Crowder; her great grandchild Michelle Gamble; and her brother James Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Crowder (Tana) of Upland, IN, Ernest Crowder of Fort Wayne, Cheryl Crowder of Fort Wayne, Jeanne Rabley (Mick) of Lakeland, FL and Jeffrey Crowder (Sharon) of Mobile, AL; and her brothers, Mendel Adams (Charlene) and Ricki Kirk (Doug). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Plymouth Congregational Church (501 W Berry St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802).
