Martha Lou Flanigan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Lou Flanigan (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha Lou Flanigan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Patrick Flanigan; her sisters, Marge Herbst and Joan Roth; and her great grandchild Joseph Carroll. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Rumple (Steve), Patrick Flanigan (Stacy), Erin Flanigan, Laura Flanigan and Joseph Flanigan (Terri); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Carroll, Adam Rumple, Blake Baxter, Maureen Richards and Michael Flanigan. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home (8325 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in her memory to Erin's House for Grieving Children in Fort Wayne, Indiana - an organization that reflects her lifelong love for children and family.
