We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marvin Earl Lahr of Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lahr and Lilian Johnson (Hatfield); his wife Sarah "Joan" Lahr; and his siblings, Marge Miller, Chet Lahr and Kenneth Lahr.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Fortman (John), Vicki Thiele (Donald), Tracy Trevino (Mark) and Scott Lahr (Rhonda); his half-brother Daniel Johnson; his brother-in-law Donald "Butch" Miller; his grandchildren, Joseph Fortman, Jamie Rowlan, Sarah Trevino, Skylee Trevino, Tony Lahr, Collin Lahr, Angela Weaver and Jordan Lahr; and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Rebekah, Lilianna, Maya, Luna, Luke, Oliver, Nico, Jack, Piper and Everly.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harper's Community Funeral Home (740 IN-930, New Haven, IN 46774). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
