Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Ellen Johnston of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 83, on November 5, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Hyde and Alice Hyde; and her brother Dr. Lloyd P. Hyde. She is survived by: her husband Hugh "Skip" Johnston; her children, Cynthia Diane Richards, Hugh W. Johnston, Jr. (Pam) and Michael Alan Johnston; her grandchildren, Ryan Richards, Alycia Timmerman (Wes), Dustin Johnston, Nick Johnston and Danielle Johnston; and her great grandchildren, Lainey Richards, Rylee Timmerman and Max Timmerman.

Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
