She was predeceased by: her husband John R. "Jack" Donovan; her daughters, Margaret Donovan and Jeanette Donovan; her parents, John Campbell and Lula Jean Campbell; and her brothers, Jim, Joe, Jule and Jack Campbell.
She is survived by: her friend Jack; her children, Mike Donovan, Mary Kay Donovan and Rick Donovan (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Alixandria Pelych (Steven), Madelyn Donovan (Brady O'Cull) and Campbell Donovan; and her great grandchildren, Gracelyn and Griffin Pelych. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was Mary Helen's preference in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to St. Charles Borromeo School Tuition Assistance, 4910 Trier Rd.
