She is survived by: her children, Judy Koontz (Gary) of Fort Wayne and John Hay Jr. (Jim Kelleher) of Ione, CA; and her sisters, Luella Wilson of Ossian, IN, LouAnn Hensel of Fort Wayne, Billie Thomas (Robert) of Fremont, IN and Helen Rakestraw of Fort Wayne.
