He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Linder and Anna Linder (Schall); and his siblings, Catherine Gonya, Marie Linder, Genevieve Wilson, Josephine Huegenard, Rita Linder, Sr., Helen Linder, Sr., Jean Linder, Rosemary Perrine, Theresa Baumle and James Linder.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Linder (Bobay); and his children, Dennis Linder (Rita) of Fort Wayne, Maureen Linder of Doylestown, PA, Ronald Linder of Fort Wayne, Sandra Martindale (Gary) of Carmel and Barbara Richter (Thomas) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
