She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hormann and Martha Hormann (Wesling); her husband Charles Hively; her siblings, Evelyn Moellering and Victor Hormann; her niece Carol Jean Smith; her nephew Mike Moellering; and her nephews-in-law, Gene Walker and Gary Smith.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Hormann (Beverly); and her nieces and nephews, Tom Moellering (Dianne), Tim Hormann (Patty), Julie Getz (Stephen), Michelle Walker and Cindy Kok (Rick).
