He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Black and Melanie Thelen (Mark); his grandson Benjamin Thelen; his girlfriend Kathy West; his partner's sons, Joshua West (Becky) and Jared West; his nephew Brian Black; his niece Christine Black; Reagan, Camden, Wesley, Sage and Everett.
