He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard and Velma; his siblings, Barbara Beck and Charles Collins; and his close friend Darlene Goble.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Collins, Jr. (Tina) and Mikki Lynn Collins (Pat Gerken); his grandchildren, Andy, Tyler (Kristi) and Brittany (Trey); his great grandchildren, Malina, Lilyah, Alaiah, Maverick and Crue; and his sister Carolyn Dearduff.
