He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith W. Frank and Mary M. Frank. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Frank (Carol), Dennis Frank, Fred Frank (Connie) and Christine Thrush (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
