We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2019, Michael Fouts (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Peru, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Fouts and Blanche Fouts; and his siblings, Wayne Fouts, Kay Fouts and Bill Penneycoff.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fouts (Love); his children, Darrik Fouts (Krystal), Dacia Rodriguez, Rita Bulegeya (Rogers) and Robert Bennett (Jacqueline); his brother Robert Fouts (Kathy); and his half-sisters, Suzanne Eckerley (Richard) and Judy Esterline (Larry).

Memorials may be made to the Harlan United Methodist Church.
