He was predeceased by: his father Roy E. Glass. He is survived by: his mother Rose Ann Glass (Schaefer); and his siblings, Debbie Hayden, Mark Glass, Susan Orth, Theresa Criswell, Karen Mansfield, Angela Johnson, Mary Glass, James Glass and Peggy Glass. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
