He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Johnson (Gloor). He is survived by: his father Edward Johnson (Susan) of Woodburn; his children, Zachary Johnson (Taylor) of Fort Wayne and Ava Johnson of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Phoebe Louise Johnson, Parker Michael Johnson and Jackson Keyes; his siblings, Russell Johnson (Tracy) of Fort Wayne, Kimberly Johnson of Fort Wayne, Troy Tuto of Fort Wayne, Tamara Van Vlerah (Steve) of Payne, OH and Jennifer Brock (Dennis) of Collinsville, OK; and the mother of his children Stacey Freeman (Jonas) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Hicksville Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of NE IN.
