He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Carl August Luebke and Alitza Wanita Luebke (Adams); and his siblings, David Luebke and Sharon Garland. He is survived by: the mother of his children Alice Luebke; his children, Shelly Reihing (Edward Chaffins), Michael Joe Luebke (Dana), Randy Luebke and Angie Kissinger; and his sister Sandra Luebke. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
