He is survived by: his wife Sharon Relue; his pets, Addie and Odie; his children, Michael Relue Jr., Kevin Templar (Darla) and Angie Thompson (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kerra Templar, Craig Templar (Sabrina), Carley Thompson, Samantha Powers (Braxton) and Dr. Abigail Hanlon (Quinn); his great grandchildren, Logan Templar, Leah Templar and Link Kevin Templar; and his nephew Lou Relue.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Avalon Missionary Church (1212 Lower Huntington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46819).
