He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Belgrove and Paula Verne Parrott of Fort Wayne; and his brothers, Christopher and Stephen Parrott. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Robinson, Deborah Parrott and Lesleigh Mitchell; and his siblings, Mick and Kathy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Canterbury School - Parrott Family Scholarship, Canterbury School - Chapel Speaker Series, and Trinity Episcopal Church.
