He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lantz Jr. and Virginia Lantz (Simmons); and his wife Judith Lantz (Smith). He is survived by: his son Matthew Lantz (Kyla); his grandchildren, Austin Lantz and Rodka Henderson (Alex); and his brother Dan Lantz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the C. M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N Wells St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
