He was predeceased by: his parents, Annan "Andy" Sheets and Mary Ann Sheets (Rose); his wife Janet M. Alles; and his brother-in-law Randy Porter. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Hollowell (Christopher) of Topeka, IN; his sisters, Susan Porter of Roanoke, IN and Judy Neuenschwander (Stan) of Marion, IN; and his close friends, Kevin and Lisa Sauter. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Sons of American Legion or Honor Flight Northeast Indiana in care of McElhaney Funeral Home Roanoke Chapel, 240 Crestwood Dr. Roanoke, IN 46783.
