He was predeceased by: his father William A. Ward. He is survived by: his mother Janice Elaine (Welborn); and his siblings, Leslie Britton (Mark) of Greenville, TN, Laura Revard (David) of Woodburn, IN, Sean Ward of Cleveland, TN, Robin Stepp (Gregg) of Cleveland, TN and Chad Ward (Laura) of Hixon, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Janice Ward or Parkview Packnett Family Cancer Center.
