It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miguel Mendez (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Mendez and Andrea Mendez; his wife Jessie Mendez; his son Michael Mendez; and his grandson Ryan Stinson.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Mendez, Melissa Lawrence (Brice), Twila Daniels (Lee Chapman) and DeWayne Mendez (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Kristy Watson (Brent), Mickey Volney (Bradley), Joshua Mendez (Brittany Evans), Nacayla Price, Hailea Price, Britney Reckers (Ethan), Donte Mendez, Antonia Mendez, Madalynn Mendez, Breanna Mendez, Chelsea Mendez Bryson Daniels and Amber Steffanides (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Tate Watson, Nora Volney, Alexis Mendez, Connor Saylor, Kaiden, August, McKinley Price, Zane, Owen Price, Kole, Emmitt Reckers, Raygan, Morgon, Meeah Daniels, Mackenzie and Delilah Steffanides.
