It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Diane Burns of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Diane Burns to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Barts and Ruth Barts; and her son Richard Jackson. She is survived by: her husband David Burns; her sons, Robert Jackson (Erin), Todd Jackson (Jamie) and Eric Jackson; her brother David Barts (Barb); and her friends, Patricia Pembroke and Kathleen Bennett. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Preferred memorials in Nancy's honor may be directed to Parkview Hospice or American Cancer Society.
