Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nancy Elizabeth Chapman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 73, on July 12, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen F. Simmons and Elizabeth Simmons (Van Arnam). She is survived by: her husband Reverend Leslie Chapman; her children, Christopher Braun (Christina) and Jennifer Flores; her stepchildren, Amy Crowell (Kent) and Jason Chapman; her grandchildren, Rainee Rieke (Adam), Melissa Braun, Alejandra Flores and Stephen Braun; her stepgrandchildren, Andrew Crowell, Stephen Crowell, Joseph Crowell, Nicholas Chapman, Jack Bixby and Kathryn Bixby; her sisters, Joanne Osterholt and Barbara Kelley; and her sister-in-law Roberta Simmons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
