It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Lee Kostrubanic of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Perry and Mae Perry; and her sister Donna Riebe. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her daughters, Andréa Hoverman (Jay), Renée Salyers (Ronnie) and Megan Kostrubanic; and her sister Louise Martuccio (Jim). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to Eleos Hospice or Blackhawk Ministries.
