She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Meckstroth and Beatrice Meckstroth (Fess); her husband Wilfred Kuker; her daughter Polly; and her siblings, Martha, Arlene, Marylin, David and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Gibson of Fort Wayne and H. W. "Bud" Kuker of Columbia City; her brother Steve Meckstroth; and her siblings-in-law, Tina Meckstroth and John Kuker. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Lutheran Church (2131 Getz Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (6600 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's honor to St. Michael's Lutheran Church or Stillwater Hospice.
