She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Haas; and her siblings, Ted Haas, Fred Haas, Ralph Haas and Marge Milliken.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Lambert; her sons, Jeff Lambert (Renaye) of Fort Wayne and Jason Lambert of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Brenden, Dillon, Brexton and Bryleigh Lambert; her stepgrandchildren, Emma and Jakob Gump; and her siblings, Evelyn Leiter, Kay Russell, Dorothy Cline and Art Haas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
