With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathaniel Allen Cooke of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 16, 2025 at the age of 10. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Charles, Helen Cordes, Ronald Hauschild, Jerry Reed, Mary and Milton Turner; his great-aunt Kelly Arnold; and his great-uncle Tom Cordes.
He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Cooke and Samantha Cooke (Fort Wayne); his brothers, Benjamin and Malcolm (Fort Wayne); his grandparents, Matt, Lisa Hauschild (Fort Wayne), Joey Cooke (Fort Wayne) and Mindy Hood; his great-grandparent Becky Reed; and his aunts and uncles, Taylor, Adam Parsons (Fort Wayne), Jaci Shuff (Adam), Tom, Amber Hauschild (Fort Wayne), Mike Hauschild (Fort Wayne) and Bryan Nash of Glenview, IL.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Concordia Lutheran Church (4545 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley's Children's Hospital in memory of Nathaniel.
