He is survived by: his son Byron Thomas; his sister Carrie Hill of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Tinisha Greene (Austin), Brice Burton, Breante, Aniyah and Akemi Thomas; his great grandchildren, Tinirah, Cataleya, Joy, Amirus and Annaliyah; his grandchild Tinia Lauryn; and his niece Cassandra "Candy Cane" Robinson.
