She is survived by: her fiancé Eliseo Gonzalez; her children, Isiah Gonzalez, Sofia Gonzalez, Cruz Gonzalez and Roman Gonzalez; her parents, Les Lange and Paula Lange of Henderson, Kentucky; her sister Andrea Maggart (Lucas); her nieces, Brooklyn and Sloan; and her grandmother Margie Lange of Napoleon, Ohio. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
