She is survived by: her parents, Ona Mattox of Fort Wayne, Indiana. and Dorris Merriweather, III of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; her children, Daniel "DJ" Parrish and My'liyah Parrish of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Douglas Mattox, Terris Morris, Dajuan Harris, DyTwane Merriweather and Tiara Morris of Fort Wayne; her grandmothers, Mary Mattox (Ralph) and Brenda Richardson of Fort Wayne; and her godfather Kirk Davis (Kim) of Leo, Indiana..
