She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Paul Shane and Kenneth Huber. She is survived by: her parents, Bradley Shane and Peggy Shane (Huber); her husband Timothy "Tim" Tellman; her children, Cora Lynn Hormann and Henry Alan Hormann; her stepchildren, Juliet Sokolowski (Cory), Lillian Tellman, Porter Tellman, Alexander Tellman and Isaac Tellman; her siblings, Brandi Johnson, Jasmin Taylor (Brandon), Jeanette Shane, Wendi Shane, Zachary Shane, Thomas Shane, Ashley Creech and Andrew Shane; her close friend Samantha Dougherty; her grandmothers, Myrna Shane and Bonnie Huber; and her in-law Linda McAbee (Don).

Memorials may be made to Cora and Henry's Education Fund in care of Kyle Hormann.
