It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Octa Regina Rinehart of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cleon Rinehart and Edna M. Rinehart (Reed). She is survived by: her brother Jay Rinehart (Karen); her nephew Jeremy Rinehart (Leah); her niece Anna Rich (Jason); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brennan, Amelia Rinehart, Ava, Porter, Cassie and Tessa Rich.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to help with expenses in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
