Oma Nunn-Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2026, at the age of 92, Oma Nunn-Brown (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Bryceland, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Rodgers and Mildred Rodgers (Carl Brown); and her siblings, Ralph Rodgers, LeVerne Rodgers, Doris Gist and Conrad Rodgers.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah D. Nunn-Persley of Indiana, Bobby T. Nunn (Christy) of Texas, Kenneth R. Nunn (Carrie) of Texas, Karen Nunn of Tennessee and Kevin Nunn of Indiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church (2200 Smith St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803).
