Patricia Hess Obituary
In loving memory of Patricia Hess of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who departed this world on October 31, 2025 at the age of 90. Patricia leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Diederich and Gladys Diederich (Steffen); her husband Howard "Snuffy" Hess; and her grandson Ryan Hoot. She is survived by: her children, Anita Hoot (Tom), Phillip Hess (Diane) and Kathy Hess; her brother Thomas Diederich; and her sister-in-law Doris Hess. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (11228 Coldwater Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46845). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM, at 11:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the same location.
