We announce the death of Patsy Sue Cox of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clifford and Ethelyn Cunningham (Wadsworth); her husbands, George Theobald and Roy Cox; her son Rick Theobald (Vicky); her siblings, Don Cunningham (Pauline) and Jayne Kisor; and her sister-in-law Dawn Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Mensing (Keith) of Columbus, Ohio, Jennifer Waters (Tony) of Dahlonega, Georgia, Catherine Silvers (Sean) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Diane Sharp (David) of Kendallville, Indiana, John Cox (Virginia) of Leesburg, Indiana and Colton McKinley of Portage, Michigan.; and her siblings, David Cunningham of Lima, Ohio and Becky Queen (Sherrell) of Lindon, Utah. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
