She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Fisher and Margurite Fisher Jr.; her husband William "Bill" E. Hinkle; and her son-in-law Stephan Szyarto. She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Szyarto of Elkhart, IN and Sally Teegarden (Marvin) of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandson Jeffrey Szyarto (Mindy) of Elkhart, IN; her daughter Kara Pellegrin (Cade) of King George, VA; her great grandchildren, Cecily, Laurel, Marin Pellegrin and Owen Szyarto; and her cousins, Linda Mullins of Crawfordsville, IN and Harry Lee Johnson of Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the D. O McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ioof Cemetery (2225 S Lincoln Blvd, Marion, IN 46953).
