It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Jerome Spira (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Spira and Sylvia Spira (Guenther); his stepmother Patricia Schubert; his siblings-in-law, Roy and Geraldyne Roggentin; his stepmother-in-law Caroline Roggentin; and his brother-in-law Bradley Siebert.
He is survived by: his wife Caryl Spira (Roggentin); his children, Elizabeth Hoham (Theodore) and Rev. Ethan Spira (Kim); his grandchildren, August, Eleanor, Thomas and Peter Hoham; his children, James-Paul and Clara Spira; his siblings, Elizabeth Schafhauser (Dave), Kathy Siebert (late Brad), Margaret Langley (Carl) and William Spira (Harriet); and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Laudolff (Frank) and Cheryl Arends (Jack). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church or Lutheran South Unity School.
