She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Hill (Davis) and Cleophus Duncan Sr.; her grandparents, Robert and Odella Hill; her aunt Beulah; her uncle Glen Studimire; her daughter Valerie Vanessa Jones; her stepfather Samuel Lee Davis; and her siblings, Mildred Warren, Delois Bolling and Dr. Cleophus Duncan Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Miesha Rabb and Michael "Rudy Toot" Rabb (Meghan Rabb); her great grandchild Ronin Rabb; her son-in-law Michael Rabb; and her siblings, Samuel Davis Jr., Betty Moore, Rosa Davis, Wonda Anderson and Curtis Duncan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church (520 E Washington Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
