He was predeceased by: his father Norman Ehresmann (Dorothy). He is survived by: his wife Karen Miller Ehresman; his daughters, Karman Hacker (Clint) and Kandace Ehresman; his grandson Zane Hacker; and his siblings, Sheila Mertens (Ed), Chris Gibson (Mike) and Rod Ehresman (Melody). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
