We are sad to announce that, on March 21, 2024, at the age of 72, Philip Charles Guy of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Guy and Peggy Kline (Guy); his wife Gloria Guy; and his brother Donald Guy. He is survived by: his children, Brook and Travis Guy; his grandchildren, Madison and Nicholas Guy; and his siblings, Gary Guy, Darlene Workman (Steve), DuWayne Guy (Lorene), Rick and Roger Kline (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
