He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kithara and Stella Kithara; his sister Rhoda Diwis; and his niece Sophie Diwis. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Kithara; his siblings, Jane Gitobu (Dickson), Lea Kithara (Joseph Kiara), Mathew Kithara (Carol), Brian Kithara and Durand Diwis; his parents-in-law, Nora Williams and Booker T. Dunbar Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Brower (Annie), Billy Lambert (Michele), Dustin Williams (Kadijah), Farrah Townsend (Damon) and Janelle Bailey. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pointe Church (5335 Bass Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).
