Thomas (Garsy) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Cheryl Rene Thomas of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Kari Lee Thomas of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her siblings, Richard Lee (Wilma) of Mount Carmel, Illinois and Freda Willoughby of Crown Point, Illinois; her grandchildren, Ty Thomas (Jelly) of Fort Wayne, Ethan Thomas (Rain) of Fort Wayne, Wyatt Thomas of Fort Wayne and Aryn Keeney (Devyn) of Chicago, Illinois.; and her son Leo.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Peace United Church of Christ (9123 Aboite Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
